Welcome to West London's newest Auction House - in the heart of Chiswick
Monday, 26th March 2012
High Road Auctions is excited to launch an online account service. This extra service gives both buyers and sellers the opportunity to create a personalised account, customising their experience at High Road Auctions.
Customers can now create personalised wish lists, listing particular items they are interested in. They will then be alerted by email on Friday night once the catalogue has been compiled, if there is something that matches their search. Lot alert emails include images and full lot details to save searching through the catalogue or visiting the showroom for viewing.
It is a great service for those with particular items in mind as it saves time, lowers the chance of missing something of specific interest, and makes finding that special item easy and convenient. An online account also allows customers to manage successful online absentee bids and gift voucher orders.
Jacqueline Towers-Perkins, Marketing and Research Manager says ‘We recognise that our customers buying habits are constantly changing and we are working hard to fulfil their needs and expectations. The online account service aims to make buying at auction easier and more accessible to everyone and allows our customers to receive the information they want from our auction house.’
To create an account, simply click on the ‘log into my account’ icon on the top left of the home page, where new customers can fill in their details and create an account immediately.
The online account service adds to High Road Auctions’ other online features. The auction house already provides online bidding with the-saleroom.com, offering buyers the choice of bidding from the comfort of their own home. The fully illustrated online catalogue is also available to view on the website from Saturday morning where buyers can make absentee and telephone bids and request condition reports. For further information and updates High Road Auctions can also be found on various social media sites.
