Competitvely priced delivery across the globe

If you are unable to collect an item you have won in the auction yourself, we can help arrange delivery to you, whether you live locally or on the other side of the world.  We regularly deliver to countries as far as China, the USA and South Africa.  We use a range of different postal and courier services to help find convenient, competitively priced delivery options to suit you. You are required to contact us within 48 hours of the auction so please call 020 8400 5225 or email info@highroadauctions.co.uk.

  

 1) Collection

 
Once you have paid, you can take your items with you straight after the auction.  There is two hour metered parking available opposite the showroom on Chiswick High Road and on Prebend Gardens around the corner.  There is also a Pay and Display car park on Welstead Way, less than 5 minutes walk away, where you can park all day (free on Sundays).

If you want to pick up large items at the weekend, advance notice is required. Please contact the front desk.

 

2) Delivery

Below is a delivery rate guide, however charges vary depending on the size and weight of the item.


 IMPORTANT: All items will be packaged securely using recycled materials.

High Road Auctions is not liable for items damaged in transit.

 

We work with reliable carriers, some of whom offer one-hour timed delivery slots.  We can normally offer delivery any time between 10am-7pm, including the same day you book, for local deliveries.

 

3) Storage

Your items must be removed from the showroom by Friday 12pm at the latest.  After this period they will be taken to our storage facility and standard storage rates apply.

Small items - £2 per day

Furniture items - £10 per day
